QGCA Membership Application

Becoming a member of QGCA is easy.  You have two ways of joining: via this website or by mail.  Simply download and complete the attached form, then email the completed form to info@qgca.org.  Then choose your membership type and pay securely via PayPal.  You can also mail one, or both of the necessary items to us.  If you wish to mail us a check and/or your application, please send it to:

Corporate Basic Membership - $1,500
Corporate Gold Membership - $5,000
Individual Membership - $250

About Membership Levels
All levels of membership in QGCA include your company's name and company overview being listed in our directory as well as the opportunity to present your company overview at a QGCA quarterly meeting/event. For Basic and Gold Members, your company logo and corporate profile will be featured prominently on our website periodically. Basic and Gold members also receive one vote in QGCA elections. Individual members do not have voting privileges.

Terms
Corporate Basic and Individual memberships are for a period of one year.  Corporate Gold memberships are valid for two years. Voting eligibility is based on annual membership fees paid, where each company membership is eligible for one vote during elections. Only member companies paying initial and annual requisite fees shall be voting members and eligible to vote and serve on the Board of Directors.
